Continuing Fitness Signs Exclusive
Distribution Agreement for Japan

June 20, 2006 – Continuing Fitness entered into an exclusive agreement with Senoh Corporation to distribute the Resistance Chair and other Continuing Fitness products in Japan. Senoh Corporation was founded over 90 years ago and distributes fitness equipment via an extensive distribution network to hospitals, senior centers, gyms, and retail stores throughout Japan.

According to Mr. Yukihiko Senoh, president of Senoh Corporation, the Resistance Chair system makes a great addition to the Senoh family of products: "It answers the need for fitness equipment designed specifically for the 60-plus age group. We foresee a large market in Japan for the Resistance Chair with both consumers and institutional users, such as senior centers and rehabilitation centers."

"Japan is experiencing an aging population base just like the U.S.", explains John Bowser, president of Continuing Fitness, "and our agreement with Senoh Corporation gives us the experienced distribution and marketing partner we need to reach out to customers in Japan. We are very excited about this opportunity."
