November 1, 2006 – Continuing Fitness has entered into an exclusive agreement with Fitter International to distribute the Resistance Chair and other Continuing Fitness products in Canada. Established in 1985, Fitter International is based in Calgary, and provides products geared toward consumers, health professionals, therapists, and seniors who are interested in improving agility and mobility.
According to Louis Stack, president of Fitter International Inc. (Fitterfirst), Continuing Fitness products tie in closely with his company's philosophy: "We've built Fitter based on a mix of products that help people master the art of aging gracefully and live a long and healthy life," says Stack. "Continuing Fitness offers a great compliment to our product line that will help us serve the fitness needs of the growing population of mature adults," he continues, "and I look forward to enjoying these well-designed products because quality of life is so closely linked to physical ability and confidence.”
"We have garnered a good deal of interest from customers in Canada", explains Continuing Fitness president John Bowser. "Our partnership with Fitter allows us to better serve our Canadian customers with faster shipping times and quality customer service. We're proud to have Fitter as one of our international partners."
