September, 2007 – Continuing Fitness has now begun shipping products into the European and Australian continents after securing exclusive distribution deals in each of these markets.
“We’ve partnered with some very established companies who have a significant presence within the health and rehabilitation markets of their respective regions” said Continuing Fitness company president John Bowser. “This gives us inroads into many developed nations with aging populations and rising medical costs, similar to trends we face in the United States,” he explains. “These factors have fueled a growing demand for affordable, in-home rehabilitation and exercise products like ours.”
In Europe, Continuing Fitness distributes their products through The Dezac Group, a leading health and fitness company whose territory covers the United Kingdom and most markets within Western Europe and Scandinavia. Marketing their own line of products under the Rio brand name, Dezac was established in 1989 and has since expanded to offer a wide range products for skincare, beauty, pain relief, exercise, and other health-related fields. Learn more about Dezac at www.ResistanceChair.eu on the Internet.
In Australia and New Zealand, Continuing Fitness has teamed with AOK Health Group, a company that originated in 1994 and specializes in the design, manufacture, and distribution of health and rehabilitation products. They maintain state-of-the-art warehousing facilities north of Sydney and offer products for balance, rehabilitation, strength building, womens health, and sports training. AOK maintains an extensive network of retail dealers, and mails their own catalog to health practitioners and consumers. Visit www.activeaging.com.au for more information about AOK Health Group.
