Call our customer service department at 1-877-368-6800 to report the problem and find out the best course of action. |

OR, (the quickest way to solve the situation) use a digital camera to photograph the problem area of the product and email the photo to our customer service department with a brief explanation of the problem. One of our personnel will assess the problem and either send out a replacement part or provide next-step instructions. We will contact you via email within the next two business days. Please include your name, address, and telephone number, and indicate where the product was purchased. |

IMPORTANT: To return products, you must first contact our customer service department and obtain a return authorization number and additional instructions regarding how to pack the product to send it back to us. All product received without a return authorization will be refused. |
